Job description

Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing
content for various social media platforms, including but not
limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Social Media Management: Monitor and manage the company's
social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and
customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Social Media Calendar: Collaborate with the Social Media
Manager to create and maintain a content calendar that aligns
with our marketing strategy and promotional campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Track the performance of social media
posts and campaigns using analytics, tools and generate reports
to identify key metrics and areas for improvement.
Trend and Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest social
media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to keep
our strategies fresh and competitive.
Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community and
interact with our followers and customers to build brand loyalty
and create positive relationships.
Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills to create social media
visuals, such as graphics, banners, and promotional images.
Hashtag and Keyword Optimization: Implement best practices for
hashtags and keyword usage to enhance discoverability and
reach.
- Brand Advocacy: Become a brand advocate and maintain a
consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
