5+ years of experience in web development & leading a
team HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

Working days- 5 days in a week

Salary upto 25lpa

Location- Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the development
and execution of the technical roadmap for our SaaS platform, aligning it with
our business goals.

Oversee the entire
development lifecycle, including sprint planning, bug tracking, and impact
analysis.

Ensure the smooth
integration of payment gateways and APIs into our platform.

Champion a
full-stack development culture, fostering collaboration between front-end and
back-end engineers.

Implement and
continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software
delivery.

Design and manage
scalable and fault-tolerant architectures, including load balancing solutions.

Build and manage a
high-performing engineering team, fostering a strong culture of ownership,
collaboration, and continuous learning.

Identify and
implement best practices for code quality, security, and documentation.

Partner with
product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure technical alignment with business
objectives

Requirements:

· Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science/ IT

· 10-12 years of relevant industry experience

· 3-5 years of experience with mongodb, Reactjs, Nodejs

· 5+ years of experience in web development & leading a team
HTML/CSS,JavaScript,jQuery

· Knowledge in AWS Setup is must as all projects are deployed in AWS
Server

· Follow Agile process and create complete project scope and Sprint and
distribute with the team, do daily stand-up and update status to stakeholders.
