Job Description: Electrical Support Engineer
Overview: Kabra is seeking a dedicated Electrical Support Engineer to join our team. As an
integral part of our organization, you will provide technical support and expertise in electrical

Key Responsibilities:
 Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers, field service
teams, and internal stakeholders regarding electrical systems, equipment, and products.
 Conduct detailed analysis of electrical issues, diagnose faults, and implement effective
solutions to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
 Collaborate with engineering teams to review and interpret electrical schematics,
diagrams, and technical documentation for installation, maintenance, and repair purposes.
 Participate in product testing, validation, and quality assurance processes to verify
compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
 Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including manuals, technical
bulletins, and training materials for internal and external use.
 Assist in the design and modification of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety
protocols, regulatory requirements, and performance standards.
 Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously
enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
 Proven experience (X years) in a technical support role within the electrical engineering
sector.
 Strong understanding of electrical principles, circuit design, and troubleshooting
methodologies.
 Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks
Electrical).
 Excellent problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
 Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse
audiences.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
 Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC) is advantageous.
