Job Overview:
Arya Realty Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and creative Architect with 2 to 4 years of
experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
designing, planning, and overseeing the development of real estate projects, ensuring they align
with both client expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
 Design and develop architectural plans, layouts, and blueprints for real estate projects.
 Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects
are completed on time and within budget.
 Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to architectural plans and specifications.
 Incorporate sustainable and innovative design solutions into projects.
 Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.
 Present design proposals and modifications to clients and stakeholders.
 Use computer-aided design (CAD) software for drafting and visualization.
 Assist in selecting materials and managing the construction process.
Qualifications and Skills:
 Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
 2 to 4 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate or construction.
 Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other architectural tools.
 Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
 Excellent design and visualization skills.
 Good communication and presentation skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
