Job Title: Purchase Verification Executive 

Eligibility: 10+2 or Graduate

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Purchase Verification Executive .The primary responsibility will be to validate purchase invoices and settle retailer accounts. This role involves close coordination with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate settlements.

Key Responsibilities:
Validate purchase invoices submitted by retailers.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices.
Coordinate with the finance team to settle retailer accounts.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues with invoices.
Maintain accurate records of all verified purchases and settlements.
Provide timely updates and reports on account settlement status.
Handle any ad-hoc tasks related to purchase verification and account settlement. 

Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation in any field. 

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong attention to detail. 

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting practices is a plus.

 Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
