We're Entri, a fast-growing, EdTech StartUp from Kochi and we're on the lookout for an extremely self-driven Growth Associate to join our Growth Team. Although we have learned that the number of years of experience is not a reliable indicator of the person's skill or productivity, we believe someone with 1-5 years of experience would be best suited to adapt quickly to our challenging requirements and pace. Your role
∙ Responsible for all the lead generation, user engagement and conversion activities of various courses.
∙ Closely work with the Digital Marketing Team to Design and implement the regional marketing strategy.
∙ Handle all the Social Media Channels in regional languages
∙ Analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions
∙ Keep up to date with the latest industry trends
Skills required:
● Any Graduate.
● Good written and verbal communication skills in English and one regional language.
● 6 months-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Analytical skills with strong attention to detail
● Experience in working with marketing automation tools such as CleverTap.
● Moengage, WebEngage is desirable.
The above list is for a very basic understanding of what we do. But at the end of the day, we need to go to any extent to make sure our users love the things we build for them. It's completely fine if you don't know how something is done; all we care about is that you have the right attitude to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, experiment, and then figure it out yourself.

Language : Telugu Native speaker but who can speak Hindi
