Experience: 2+ years in FMCG,
preferably in the Food division
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales
targets set for the assigned territory or market segment, ensuring
consistent growth in sales and market share.
Market Development: Identify and develop new
markets, expanding the company’s presence and increasing customer base in
the Kanpur region.
Customer Relationship
Management: Build
and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,
ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Promotion: Actively promote the
company’s product line in the Food division, organizing promotional
activities, and ensuring effective product display in retail outlets.
Sales Planning: Develop and implement
sales strategies and plans, coordinating with the sales team and
management to achieve business objectives.
Distribution Management: Oversee and manage
distribution channels to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
to customers.
Reporting: Provide regular reports
on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, helping
the company make informed business decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

to travel within the assigned territory.
Familiarity
