Duties &
Responsibilities:

• To support sales
representatives and coordinate sales- related activities.

• To Coordinate with the
team regarding PO and ensuring accuracy

• To enter code information
into the Company Database

• To keep track of pending
orders

• To check & maintain
the documents of the respected department for internal reference & ISO

• Focus to accomplish the
company’s values, vision & mission

• Perform all other duties
assigned by HOD

Required Skill Set:

• Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel & Word.

• Well- organized and
responsible with an aptitude in problem- solving

• Excellent communications

• Good time- management
skills
