• Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and signing up new clients for our co-working spaces.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights and feedback to the management team to enhance our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports for management review.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales role within the real estate or co-working spaces industry.
• Educational qualification: Any under graduate / Graduate.
• Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for transportation needs.
