Job description

Job Responsibilities:
 Design, develop, and implement custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs.
 Develop custom applications and workflows leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
 Implement automated processes using ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript,
GlideScript, etc.).
 Configure, train, and evaluate NowAssist feature sets based on business needs.
 Train and fine-tune LLM models for ServiceNow to enhance co-pilot performance.
Job Requirements:
Technical Skills:
 5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow, particularly with ServiceNow APIs.
 Proven experience in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications
within the ServiceNow platform.
 Strong proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
 ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer - CAD) are
a plus.
 Experience with NowAssist is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
 Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
