a)     Press Tool Design for Sheet Metal Parts / Tool Detailing.



b)     Hands on experience of Tool Design in Unigraphics (NX) &
Auto CAD



c)      Customer Drawing Study.



d)     Operation sequence for Sheet Metal parts as per Customer
Drawing.



e)     Tooling Concept Finalization.



f)       Knowledge of Tooling Manufacturing activities.



g)     Design of Operation/process wise drawing of manufacturing.



h)     Must have knowledge of Press Tool Development & Tool
Room Machines Knowledge.



i)       Skilled in coordinating with planning department,
manufacturing department along with quality department to achieve the targated
new product development as per customer requirement.
