MIS Executive/Sales Coordinator
Location: Naini Industrial Area, Prayagraj

Key Responsibilities:
Retails Sales, Primary, Secondary data management, Sales Attendance Managment
Sales Coordination:
Assist the sales team in managing schedules and processing orders.
Maintain and update the sales database and CRM systems.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., finance, logistics).
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
Coordinate and facilitate sales meetings and training sessions.
MIS Management:
Collect, analyze, and report sales data to identify trends and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting systems.
Provide training and support to sales staff on MIS tools and processes.
Collaborate with IT to implement new systems or enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (Min. 4 years) in a sales support or coordination role; experience with MIS is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM (Experience in Field Assist is a plus)
software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
