Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of
roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships,
managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter
will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent to
support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
o Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality
candidates.
o Post job openings on various platforms including job boards, social media, and
company website.
o Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
and fit.
o Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Management:
o Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and
feedback.
o Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
o Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job
descriptions.
o Advise on market trends, salary expectations, and competitive hiring practices.
o Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and plans to meet
organizational objectives.
Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities
in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
o Prepare and extend job offers, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
o Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track performance and
identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Best Practices:
o Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and organizational
policies.
o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve
recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field preferred.
Experience:
o Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, ideally within [industry or
sector].
o Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
o Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements.
