Job Description:


• Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial property sales, ensuring positiveclient experience.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contactfor all corporate service-related inquiries.• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, providing detailed information on ourservices and demonstrating how they can meet the client's needs.• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with clients, working closely with thecorporate services team to ensure that the services provided meet client expectations.• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketingcampaigns to promote our corporate services to potential clients.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and leverage this knowledge toposition our corporate services effectively in the market.• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our customerrelationship management (CRM) system.• Provide regular reports to management on sales activities and performance, highlightingsuccesses and areas for improvement• Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties• Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trendsRequired skills and qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front-line sales or a related field, preferably incorporate services or real estate.• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationshipswith clients and internal stakeholders.• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear andconcise manner.• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and reach mutually beneficialagreements with clients.• Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of ateam.• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.• Strong ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and bounce back quickly fromrejection• High levels of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy• Knowledge of the real estate industry and corporate services is a plus.• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
