• Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial property sales, ensuring positive
client experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
for all corporate service-related inquiries.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, providing detailed information on our
services and demonstrating how they can meet the client's needs.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with clients, working closely with the
corporate services team to ensure that the services provided meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing
campaigns to promote our corporate services to potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to
position our corporate services effectively in the market.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our customer
relationship management (CRM) system.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales activities and performance, highlighting
successes and areas for improvement
• Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
• Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends
Required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front-line sales or a related field, preferably in
corporate services or real estate.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and
concise manner.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and reach mutually beneficial
agreements with clients.
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a
team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and bounce back quickly from
rejection
• High levels of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and corporate services is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
