Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
to assess business performance and suggest improvements.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in
reporting and data management processes.

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and
technologies to continuously improve data analytics processes.

Qualifications &
Skills:

●    
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a
related field.

●    
Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a business analytics role, with proven
expertise in SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

●    
Technical
Skills: Strong proficiency in data querying using SQL, advanced Excel
skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis), and experience creating
dashboards and visualizations.

●    
Analytical
Mindset: Ability to analyze and interpret data to uncover insights that
inform strategic business decisions.

●    
Problem-Solving:
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and
present solutions in a clear and actionable manner.

●    
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
translate complex data into digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.

●    
Attention to
Detail: Meticulous in ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all
analyses and reports.
