Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage directly with users as a vital member of Health Insurance Advisory team. Understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized recommendations to guide them through their purchase journey.
2. Collaborate closely with Product and Business Teams to identify and address product gaps, enhancing the overall customer experience.
3. Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
