Overview:

Project Planning and Execution Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule,
budget, and resource allocation

Lead project execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Utilize project management tools and software to track progress, manage resources, and monitor
performance.
Adjust project plans as needed to address changing circumstances and ensure project objectives are
met.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project
objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals

Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders through regular updates and
meetings.
Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships to ensure project support and
cooperation.
Facilitate decision-making processes to resolve conflicts and ensure project success.
Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate project teams, providing direction, support, and guidance.

Risk Management Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management

Quality Assurance:

Documentation and Reporting:

evaluations.

achievements.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for executive review and decision-making.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

2-5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing
and delivering IT projects.
Educational Qualification: Information Technology (IT)Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field is
often required, such as:
Computer Science
Business Administration (with a focus on IT
Master's Degree: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis on Information
Technology
(Optional but Preferred)
Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP)
:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) for roles involving cybersecurity.
