HIRING FOR PPC Manager
Location - Ahmedabad
CTC - Upto 12 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities :
-Lead and drive the implementation of our paid marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
-Analyze correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget allocation.
-Expertly measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot landing page source reports.
-Initiate research and conduct tests with new vendors to broaden our reach and lower cost-per-acquisition.
-Collaborate with marketing colleagues to maintain a cohesive brand voice and message across all paid programs.
-Design and create compelling landing pages and lead-generation forms for content distribution within relevant paid programs.
-Provide coordination, supervision, and inspiration to the paid marketing team, fostering a culture ofexcellence.
-Keep abreast of evolving digital marketing trends, potential channels, and strategies, including updates in social media marketing, attribution models, and programmatic media buying.
-Stay vigilant regarding market intelligence and monitor competitor movements and market dynamics.
Requirements:
-Demonstrated experience as a Performance Marketing Manager
-Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
-In-depth expertise in various paid marketing channels and technologies, encompassing paid search, retargeting, and social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), as well as content distribution and placement networks.
-Hands-on experience in managing marketing budgets and adeptness in forecasting and reporting results.
-Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
