Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE) and/or Master’s in Business Administration
(MBA), BBA is required.
Experience:
o Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience in the IT industry, specifically in
software and hardware sales.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
o Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
o Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge:
o Basic understanding of IT software and hardware products, including but not
limited to servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, cybersecurity tools,
and enterprise software.
