                              3) Should be able to independently do. 
 
Job Summary-   
Import Billing  
Responsibility and Duties- 
1)Preparing the Invoices i.e. party name, amount date, goods details, 
FCL, container number. 
2)New Job Opening Details i.e. updating Party name, date in the Tally 
on daily basis. 
3)Calculation of stamp duty. 
4)Follow up with CFS for invoices. 
5)Follow up with shipping lines& Customers for invoices. 
6)Preparing Taxable invoices in U-soft. 
7)Documents required for dockets
