 Ensures smooth execution of the activity as per quality standards, hygiene, and timelines

—  Team management

–    Addressing grievances within the team and keeping them motivated

–    Ensure that the absenteeism rate is less than 5% per day

–    Ensuring that the team has proper brand, product, compliance & competition knowledge

–    Assisting in joining formalities for new joiners in his city

-     Activity Management

–    Assisting in the recruitment & training process

–    Coordination with the Client after confirming the same with the Programme head.

–    Assisting warehouse executive in daily stock issuance to supervisors

–    Overseeing inventories and raising flags at least 15 days in advance if any material is falling short
