Job description

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:




• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide
  range of roles including skilled labor, engineers, technical staff, and
  management positions.


• Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration
  with department heads.


• Post job advertisements on various platforms,
  including job boards, social media, and career portals.




2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:




• Proactively source candidates through various channels
  (e.g., LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and job
  fairs).


• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  for future hiring needs in technical and non-technical roles.


• Leverage industry networks to attract top
  manufacturing talent.




3. Screening & Interviewing:




• Review resumes and applications, screen candidates
  based on qualifications and experience relevant to manufacturing.


• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess
  candidate fit.


• Coordinate technical interviews, panel discussions,
  and final assessments with department heads and other stakeholders.
