Job description
Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Ability to drive “sales targets” of multiple loan products – PL, BL, HL, LAP etc.
- Driving business through aggregators like CA‘s, Freelancers, connectors, agents, DSA etc.
- Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.
- Be responsible for Team recruitment & managing the same.
- Proper coordination with HO for fulfilment of various leads provided from time to time.
- Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities
