Training and development Executive

Job description

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for channel partners on the RuConnect APP and CRM
systems.
Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to different learning styles and
technical levels.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for users of the RuConnect APP and CRM.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the RuConnect APP and CRM, ensuring training
content is current and relevant.
Collaborate with the development and support teams to address any technical issues or
improvements suggested by users.
Organize workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions as needed.
Track and report on training progress and outcomes to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
2+ years of experience in training, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and mobile applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
