Identify new
business opportunities, territories, and markets for expansion.
Work closely
with marketing and product teams to devise strategies for product promotion and
visibility.
Channel
Network Expansion and Management:
Establish and
expand an elaborate network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and Connectors.
Regularly engage
withthe DSAs and Connectors to ensure optimum productivity.
Portfolio and
Collection Management:
Ensure timely
collections and minimize non-performing assets (NPAs).
Analyse
portfolio performance, identify risks, and devise strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure adherence
to the company's credit policy and maintain the desired portfolio quality.
Customer Service:
To ensure that all branches provide pre and post sales service to
the customers within the specified TAT in accordance with company guidelines.
Ensure highest level of Customer Satisfaction and engagement.
Leadership
and Team Management:
Lead, motivate,
and guide Branch Business Managers and their respective teams to achieve their
targets and maintain performance standards.
Coordinate and
facilitate regular training sessions for skill enhancement and product
knowledge.
Address and
resolve any personnel or operational issues that arise within the cluster.
Stakeholder
Management:
Build and
maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, local
authorities, and other business partners.
Collaborate with
central support teams such as credit, operations, and risk management to ensure
seamless functioning of the cluster.
Operational
Excellence and Compliance:
Ensure that all
Branches and the Cluster achieve their targets set across specified parameters
related to Business Generation, Collection and Portfolio Management, Operational
Efficiency and Customer Service.
Ensure that all
branches under the cluster are compliant with regulatory norms and internal
policies.
Oversee
administrative tasks such as resource allocation, process implementation, and
infrastructure management.
Reporting and
Analysis:
Prepare and
present periodic performance reports to senior management.
Stay updated of market trends, competitor
strategies, and regulatory changes to shape future business strategies.
