MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop, maintain, and manage MIS reports and dashboards to assist management in
decision-making.
 Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide insights on
operational performance.
 Collaborate with different departments to gather data and ensure accurate reporting.
 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management
review.
 Assist in the automation of reports and processes to improve efficiency.
 Support the implementation of new MIS tools and systems.
 Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
 Provide analytical support for special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related
field.
 3 to 7 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles, preferably in the manufacturing
sector.
 Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
