Inside sales representatives

Job description

Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities
 Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
 Convert Leads to Qualified Opportunities leveraging strong customer understanding skills, following the
BANT guideline, by identifying the correct decision makers/influencers and understanding their requirements
along with timelines and budget (BANT).
 Work closely with the Marketing team to successfully executive Marketing Campaigns for her/his business
territory in close coordination with the CC and NC
 Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
 Maintaining and updating the lead generation DB, Reporting, and Lead Gen. Activity Tracker
 Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
 Establish & maintain strong relationships with clients & new prospects (following up on inbound leads
from different sources, proactive cold calling; and following up on outbound marketing campaigns)
 Update Sales Reporting Tools (IS Business Scorecards, CRMs, XLs, etc.) on a regular basis
 Present the performance progress in weekly Rhythm of Business calls and Reviews
