Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities
Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
Convert Leads to Qualified Opportunities leveraging strong customer understanding skills, following the
BANT guideline, by identifying the correct decision makers/influencers and understanding their requirements
along with timelines and budget (BANT).
Work closely with the Marketing team to successfully executive Marketing Campaigns for her/his business
territory in close coordination with the CC and NC
Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
Maintaining and updating the lead generation DB, Reporting, and Lead Gen. Activity Tracker
Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Establish & maintain strong relationships with clients & new prospects (following up on inbound leads
from different sources, proactive cold calling; and following up on outbound marketing campaigns)
Update Sales Reporting Tools (IS Business Scorecards, CRMs, XLs, etc.) on a regular basis
Present the performance progress in weekly Rhythm of Business calls and Reviews
