URGENT HIRING for Admission Counsellor

Working days- 5.5days (1^st& 2^nd
Saturdays are off)

Office timing – 9:30 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. (1 hour can be extended
as and when required)

Salary upto 8lpa plus variables

Location- Gurgaon, Haryana

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound
and Online Process.

• Converting leads into admissions for top IITs, IIMs and
Degree colleges (high ticket size)

• Generating referrals through the existing admissions.

• Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Responsible for converting any query into admissions.

• Attending 100-150 calls daily in order to achieve the
allocated targets.

• Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable
courses as per there domain.

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.

• Creating urgency when required, Rebuttals and counseling
skills

• Interpersonal Skills

• Active listening
