Job Description: Team Leader for Tele-Sales
Position Overview:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team Tele-Sales Executives. Your role will
involve overseeing the daily operations of the team, driving sales targets, providing guidance and
coaching to team members, and ensuring team's overall success. This position requires strong
leadership skills, a thorough understanding of tele-sales techniques, and the ability to motivate and
inspire team members to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Team Management:
Supervise and support a team of Tele-Sales Executives in achieving their sales
targets and objectives.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and
conducting performance evaluations.
Set clear performance expectations and KPIs, and work closely with team members
to help them meet and exceed targets.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and
foster a collaborative work environment.
2) Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize the team's
performance and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify target markets, customer
segments, and promotional opportunities.
Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed
decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
Provide input and suggestions to improve sales processes, scripts, and training
materials based on team insights.
3) Training and Development:
a. Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and guidance to team
members to improve their sales skills.
b. Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection
handling, and customer service.
c. Share industry updates, best practices, and new sales techniques to keep the team
informed and motivated.
d. Foster a learning culture within the team, encouraging continuous professional
development.
