Driving business from existing Partners/Agents and maintaining relationships with them.
Activating and onboarding new partner/agent as per company targets.
Providing support to existing and new partners/agents from Pre-sale to post sale
Keeping track of an agent's/partner’s performance on the standard segment-way-to-market
metrics of fresh/renewal database, etc.Maintaining a high active percentage of partners/agents.
Coordinating with the operations team for smooth sale closure.
Ensuring compliance with the external bodies and other authorities and ensuring internal
compliance.
