Position- HR Internship

 Duration: 2 to 6 Months

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will assist in various HRrelated tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, data management, and administrative support
. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in HR and develop skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. 

Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records

Coordinate employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire ses
sions

 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital

 - Assist in data entry and management of HR software and systems
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents and reports

 - Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and events
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR-related projects and initiatives 

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a re
lated field
- 0-1 year of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
