Job description

 Handling Walk in Customer inquiry at Showroom.
 Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
 Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
 Report on demonstration related information.
 Understand customer needs and requirements.
 Responsible for understanding customers' needs and making effective pitches to get new
business from them, whether it's an individual or organization that requires
products/services sold on behalf of his corporate parents.
 Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using
scripts.
 Follow up with customer.
 Answering questions about products or the company
 They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing
with complaints and doubts.
 The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
 Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-
sales service.
 Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
 Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through Walk-in,
website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
