Job Description: PLC cum Electrical Engineer

Location: Aurangabad – 431136, Maharashtra, India

Designation: PLC cum Electrical Engineer

Qualification:

 Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical

Experience:

 2 to 5 years of experience in electrical systems, process plants, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical equipment in process plants.

2. Program and troubleshoot Siemens PLC and HMI systems for optimal performance.

3. Perform programming and maintenance tasks for Mitsubishi VFD (Variable Frequency Drives).

4. Ensure proper maintenance of Thermax hot water generators and steam boilers.

5. Conduct regular preventive and condition-based maintenance to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant operations and resolve electrical issues.

Skills and Knowledge:

 Proficiency in working with electrical systems and equipment in process plants.

 Expertise in Siemens PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting.

 Familiarity with Mitsubishi VFD programming and maintenance.

 Experience in maintaining hot water generators and steam boilers, especially Thermax make.

 Strong understanding of preventive maintenance strategies and condition-based maintenance practices.

 Ability to work independently or in a team, and manage multiple tasks.

 Effective communication skills.
