1. Qualification : Graduate /
Post Graduate

 2. Experience : At least 15-20 years relevant
experience

 3. Proficient in Residential Building sales

 4. Should have good knowledge of Howrah /
Hooghly district segment

5. Good communication and writing
skills needed 6. Go getter and have a smart personalit

ROLES Handling Team Supporting
& guiding team. Taking regular follow-ups from team. Reporting to Branch
Head about day to day progress and business plans in prescribed formats.
Contacting Potential Clients. Visiting projects, client meetings & support
for closure.. Selling Property, Build Contracts with project RMs. Answer
Queries, Generate & follow-up Day to Day Leads
