Inside sales Executive

Job description

Key Responsibilities:


Engage with prospective customers through email and calls for Forex products, using provided lead details to connect and advance conversations.

Understand customer needs and act as a consultant, offering tailored services and solutions.

Convert interested leads into sales, contributing to revenue growth.

Assist customers with foreign exchange and remittance transactions, coordinating with vendors, branches, or partnering banks as needed.

Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, ensuring clients are delighted with the services provided.


Job Requirements:


Graduate degree preferred; 0-5 years of experience in sales or customer service.

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Intelligent, articulate, high-energy, and self-motivated.

Detail-oriented with a disciplined and enthusiastic approach.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

A proactive sales attitude is essential.

Location: JMD MEGAPOLIS, Unit: P701-P705, 7th Floor, Tower-C, Badshahpur Sohna Rd Hwy, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana 122018.


Working Hours:


General Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

6 days working with one Saturday off per month.
