for PAN India location as a head.

Maintain communication with management to ensure marketing
activities aligned with business
goals.

3.      Strong knowledge of EV vehicles
specifications.

4.     
Skilled in workshop operations, Principal warranty,service and Spare Parts contracts.

5.     
Adept in generation of revenue through
sale of service and parts.

6.     
Monitoring the performance level of the service staff for ensuring
superior customer service
and accomplishment of service targets.

7.      Extensive knowledge
of all the process and system in automotive / EV industry,

8.     
Directing the team in ensuring
customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent Turn Around Time (TAT) for delivery and Service quality
norms.
