Job description
a) Must have experience in
Plan and Execute the comprehensive quality control inspections, and validation
procedures at various stages of new product development of automotive
industry.
b) Maintain
meticulous records of quality inspection, compliance activates, and corrective
measures taken. General detailed reports highlighting quality related insights,
improvements and recommendations.
c) Knowledge
of stamping, Moldings, MIG/MAG Welding Process & inspection of critical
parameters.
d) Must
have knowledge about customer drawing study & Feasibility Preparation.
e) Knowledge
of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC & other NPD documents.
f) Continuously
improve and optimize QA procedures, methodologies, and workflows to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness.
g) NPD/
Core Tools
h) Technically
sound in G, D & T.
i) Must
have experience in quality assurance, preferably in a new product development
setting within automotive industry.
