Job description for Promoter
Handling Walk in Customer inquiry at Showroom.
Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
Report on demonstration related information.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Responsible for understanding customers' needs and making effective pitches to get new
business from them, whether it's an individual or organization that requires
products/services sold on behalf of his corporate parents.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using
scripts.
Follow up with customer.
Answering questions about products or the company
They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing
with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-
sales service.
Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through Walk-in,
website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
Requirements
Proven working experience as a Promoter
Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of customers
Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service skills.
Should have Basic knowledge of Computer, email and MS Office
