Job description



  • Design and develop injection molds and tooling for
    automotive components.

  • Collaborate with product development teams to
    understand design requirements and translate them into functional tooling
    solutions.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate
    tooling designs and processes.

  • Optimize existing tooling for improved performance,
    reduced cycle times, and enhanced product quality.

  • Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to
    ensure smooth integration of tooling into the production environment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues during the
    production process.

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective
    actions as needed.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of tooling designs,
    specifications, and modifications.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best
    practices related to injection molding and tool design.
