Job description

 Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and property exhibitions.


 Convert leads into prospective buyers by showcasing property options and highlighting their features and benefits.


 Understand the client's needs and preferences and provide tailored property solutions to match their requirements.


 Arrange and conduct property site visits for potential buyers, providing comprehensive information about the property and answering any queries.


 Facilitate negotiations between clients and the company to reach agreements that are favorable for both parties.


 Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to finalizing the sale, ensuring a seamless transaction.


 Assist clients in understanding the legal and financial aspects of the transaction, and guide them through the necessary paperwork.


 Stay up to date with property market trends, pricing, and competitors in the region.


 Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.


 Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, leads, and client interactions to the Sales Manager.
