Key Responsibilities:




  1. Seating &
    Infrastructure Management:



·        
Ensure all office chairs and seating
arrangements are in excellent condition.



·        
Proactively manage seating
availability, including for new joiners, to ensure sufficient space at all
times.



·        
Oversee utilities infrastructure,
including pantry setup (tables, chairs, cutlery, mugs, tissues) and regular
replenishment of supplies.



·        
Regularly check and replenish washroom
utilities and ensure drinking water is available and replenished on long
tables.




  1. Cleanliness
    & Maintenance:



·        
Ensure the cleanliness of the main
office hall, desks, and walkways. Oversee daily evening cleanups and ensure
desks remain organized.



·        
Maintain cleanliness standards in
bathrooms and washrooms with hourly checks.



·        
Coordinate scheduled pest control and
office deep cleaning activities.



·        
Ensure walkways and alleys are
regularly cleared of machinery and unnecessary items.




  1. Consumables
    Management:



·        
Ensure pantry is regularly stocked with
TWT products,



·        
Oversee the availability of
consumables, including tissues, coffee, tea, cleaning supplies, and first aid,
ensuring no stockouts.



 



 




  1. Maintenance of
    Office Equipment:



·        
Ensure compliance with turnaround times
(TAT) for maintenance issues related to electricity, internet, plumbing, air
conditioning, and coffee/tea machines.



·        
Maintain daily attendance and 90%+
replacement compliance for staff, ensuring smooth operations.




  1. Vendor &
    Staff Management:



·        
Liaise with vendors for office
utilities, repairs, and maintenance services.



·        
Ensure high attendance and efficient
replacements for office maintenance staff.



Key Requirements:




  • Proven
    experience in office administration and facilities management.

  • Strong
    organizational skills with an eye for detail.

  • Excellent
    communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
    simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in
    MS Office and basic knowledge of office equipment maintenance.

  • Ability to work
    proactively and solve problems effectively.
