Account Executive

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive with expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, and Advanced Excel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and complying with relevant tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.

 Handle GST filing, return preparation, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

 Process and manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns.

 Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports.

 Maintain accurate ledgers, including accounts payable and receivable.

 Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

 Analyze financial data using Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data modeling.

 Ensure accurate bookkeeping and adherence to internal controls.

 Assist with audits, financial forecasting, and budgeting as required.

Key Requirements:

 Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar accounting role.

 Strong proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting management.

 In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and filing procedures.

 Expertise in Advanced Excel for financial reporting and analysis (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 Certification in Tally or relevant accounting software is preferred.

 2+ years of experience in accounting, with specific knowledge of GST, TDS, and advanced Excel techniques.
