Conduct analysis to assess training needs and develop customized training programs. Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, organizational development, and trainingprogram design with cross-functional partners – Category, Supply Chain, Merchandising, CustomerSupport, Product, Marketing and Finance Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs across thefunction. Write effective and engaging curriculum to various learning styles, creative writing with anemphasis on developing curriculum. Development training & learning programs including co-ordination with third parties, suppliers, andfranchisee partners. Create various evaluations and assessments, analyze collected data, and apply results to theplanning and designing of future programs, modules and training activities. Responsible for conducting training programs for new joiners and frequent refresher trainingprograms for existing teams to improve quality output. Organizes and maintains training records pertaining to training sessions, attendance, relevant trainingdocuments / material and assessment data of every individual. Facilitates and presents training programs, as well as manage training operations ensuring facilityset-up, audiovisual set-up, employee notifications / training calendars etc. Demonstrated experience in coaching. The individuals experience draws from a wide background ofeducation, training, change management, communications or learning. Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment withdemonstrated Program / Project management skills. Designing training material for Web-based training (WBT), Instructor-led training (ILT), and othermodalities
