Pre Sales Executive

Inbound/Outbound calling on leads generated by the Company through marketing efforts to pitch home loan products & ensure its closure  Clearly and effectively communicating & counseling prospects with respect to products information or queries  Ensure follow-ups by passing leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information, requirement, sources, etc.  Counseling Hot Digital leads to pitch home loan products & ensure its closure centrally  Evaluating basic creditworthiness & eligibility of a customer based on profile, basic documents & monthly income  Direct prospects to the branch sales team & follow up with them  Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
