Job Description:
We are urgently hiring for a well-organized, trustworthy Faculty/ Professor to join our excellent faculty team. The
Professor’s responsibilities include teaching a requisite number of classes, providing guidance and supervision to
graduate students, participating in departmental meetings, and providing academic support to Professors and other
faculty members. You should be able to pace your lessons.
Positions: Faculty - Management
Qualifications
1. Industry: Education/ Ed-Tech/ E-learning
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in respective subject
3. Candidates who have moved from corporate sector to the teaching field will also be considered
4. Candidate should at least be one of these three: UGC NET qualified or PhD holder or PhD pursuant
5. Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills
7. A passion for teaching and engaging with students
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with various departmental duties and providing academic support to Professors and other staff
2. Teaching and supervising undergraduate and post graduate students
3. Providing demonstrations and supervising experiments and investigations
4. Answering questions in class or via email or telephone
5. Providing Professors and Department Heads with feedback on student progress
6. Attending faculty and departmental meetings and voicing concerns or providing suggestions for improvement
