Job Description: Electronics Product Developer (Defense)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Product Developer to join our team
and contribute to the development of cutting-edge electronic products for the defense sector. The
ideal candidate will have a strong design background in electronics engineering, a passion for
innovation, and a deep understanding of defense industry standards and requirements.
Responsibilities:
 Product Design: Develop and design innovative electronic products for defense
applications, including sensors, communication systems, control systems, and other
relevant technologies.
 Research and Development: Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry
trends to identify new opportunities for product development.
 Prototyping: Build and test prototypes of electronic products to ensure they meet
performance specifications and quality standards.
 Testing and Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of electronic products
to identify and address any issues or defects.
 Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test
reports, and user manuals.
 Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, designers, and technical experts to
ensure successful product development and implementation.
 Compliance: Ensure that all electronic products comply with relevant defense industry
standards, regulations, and certifications.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
 Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics product development, preferably in the
defense industry.
 Strong knowledge of electronics design principles, including circuit design, analog and
digital electronics, and embedded systems.
 Experience with [specific software tools and technologies relevant to the role, e.g., CAD,
PCB design, programming languages].
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
 Experience with specific defense industry standards and certifications (e.g., MIL-STD
461F,810G).
 Knowledge of specific defense applications (e.g., radar, sonar, electronic warfare).

defence application
