Experience- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in client
servicing or account management roles 

Education- Bachelor's degree in business
administration, marketing, or a related field

Salary range upto 3.6lpa

Location- Gurgaon

Routine tasks include updating status reports for clients, receiving
changes from clients, and relaying those to the creative and content teams.

·        
Responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and,
therefore, communicating clearly to all those involved.

·        
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure
customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·        
Developing a deep understanding of client’s businesses, goals, and needs
to offer tailored solutions and recommendations.

·        
Analysing client feedback and providing insights and recommendations for
improving service quality.

·        
Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
of client interactions

·        
Preparing and presenting reports and other documentation to clients,
including presentations and contracts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration,
marketing, or a related field

·        
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in client
servicing or account management roles

·        
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

·        
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term
relationships with clients

·        
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
in a fast-paced environment
