HR(assistant manager)

 Lead and manage the Direct Sales Team (DST) to achieve sales targets for unsecured personal loans.
 Develop and implement sales strategies to increase loan disbursement and customer acquisition.
 Identify and explore new business opportunities, channels, and markets for personal loans.
 Drive and monitor sales performance metrics, ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets.
 Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for the DST to enhance sales performance.
 Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
 Report on sales performance, market trends, and competition to senior management.
 Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to support sales initiatives.
Key Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
 Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, with a focus on unsecured personal loans.
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services sector.
 Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 Knowledge of local market dynamics and competition in personal loan products.
