We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our team. In this 

role, you will be responsible for overseeing our team and ensuring that our sales targets 

are met. You will drive your team to deliver excellent customer service, maintaining the 

values and ethos of our company. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Lead and motivate the team to achieve their sales targets. 

2. Monitor team performance and report on metrics. 

3. Coach and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning. 

4. Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and 

 Profitability. 

5. Liaise with the management team to set and implement strategies to drive sales. 

 6. Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience consistent with our brand.
