Position Overview: The Manager – TA Sales is responsible for driving the sales and business development
activities for the divisions across India. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key
client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in
sales within the security or surveillance industry, with a proven track record of delivering results and
leading sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth in the esurveillance sector across India.
Identify new market opportunities and create action plans to capture market share.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and
ensure a competitive edge.
Business Development:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Drive the acquisition of new clients and expand relationships with existing clients to increase sales
opportunities.
Conduct high-level negotiations and close large-scale deals with key clients.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and
performance.
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations of the sales team.
Sales Operations and Management:
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics, forecasts, and performance data.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and
marketing campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and support.
Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
Implement customer feedback mechanismsto continuously improve service delivery.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the e-surveillance industry.
Analyze competitor activities and develop strategiesto differentiate the company’s offerings.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
ProcessImprovement:
Identify and implement process improvementsto enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline sales operations.
Ensure high standards ofservice delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s
degree preferred.
➢ Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales within the IT, security, or technology industry,with at
least 3-5 years in a senior management role.
➢ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
➢ Strong understanding of the e-surveillance industry in India, including market trends, regulatory
environment, and best practices.
